1. Who are we?

secria.eu is a service of Point2Create BV, Dutch Trade Register 63324547. These terms apply to any use of the website and the service.

2. What we deliver — and what we don't

We assess the sustainability questions you receive against the voluntary EU standard for non-listed SMEs, build a cyber-dossier on your instruction from the data you provide, and answer your questionnaire or prepare a baseline report according to that standard. For each outcome, we cite the source and reference date.

This explicitly is not legal advice and not sustainability advice, and it is not an audit, not assurance, not a certificate and not a seal of approval: no advisory relationship is created, we do not assess your business operations and we give no warranty that a customer, bank or other party will accept our report. There is no body that recognises these reports.

The outcome of the NIS2 check is an indication based on the text you provide. Whether you actually refuse a question, and with what consequences for your business relationship, is your own decision; we are not a party to your contract with your customer. We only mark a question as refusable when we can point this out from the standard — in case of doubt it says "not certain".

The data and documents you provide remain yours. You warrant that you are entitled to provide them and that they are accurate; we work with them as you confirm them.

3. Due diligence and errors

We endeavour to present information accurately, up to date and with source attribution, and we review every text before publication. Standards, guidelines and legislation do change, however; completeness or accuracy cannot therefore be guaranteed. That is why every figure includes the factor set used, the source and the reference date — so you can verify it at source. If you spot an error, please report it; we will update the text or take it offline.

4. Subscription and payment

You pay the entry fee once; a subscription runs per month or per year and is terminable at the end of the term. This is a business service: all prices are exclusive of VAT. For business customers outside the Netherlands with a valid VAT identification number, VAT is reverse-charged.

5. Use of content

The texts on this platform are protected by copyright. Automated and large-scale copying (scraping) or commercial reuse is not permitted without written consent. The underlying standards and guidelines are public and remain freely accessible via EUR-Lex; your own dossier and the answers derived from it are yours and you may use them without restriction.

6. Liability

We are not liable for damage resulting from decisions you make based on the information, nor for indirect damage or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law, including liability for intent or gross negligence.

7. Applicable law

Dutch law applies to these terms. If you have a complaint, please let us know first via office@secria.eu; if we cannot resolve it together, you may approach the competent Dutch court.
