Privacy statement

1. Who is responsible?

secria.eu is a service of Point2Create BV, Energieweg 1, 3133 EB Vlaardingen, Netherlands, KvK 63324547. For all privacy questions, you can reach us at office@secria.eu.

2. What data do we process?

With an account: your name, email address, company name and billing details, and if you provide them, your KvK and VAT number. With the NIS2 check: nothing — the questions you paste into it are tested and then discarded. With your cyber dossier: the documents you upload (such as energy bills, fuel receipts and printouts from your administration) and the figures that result from them. When visiting the site: anonymized visit statistics.

The questions you paste into the free NIS2 check, we do not keep if you are not logged in — they are tested and then discarded.

We use your dossier data to answer your questionnaires and for nothing else: not for research, not for benchmarks, and we do not sell or share them with anyone. An answer only goes outside if you send it yourself.

3. Why and how long?

We process account data to be able to provide the service and to bill you; we keep invoices for seven years because tax law requires it. We keep your cyber dossier as long as you are a customer, precisely because reusing it is the service; after cancellation we delete it, or sooner if you ask us to. The NIS2 check keeps nothing.

4. Your rights

You can view, correct, delete or export your data. You don't even have to ask us: via Settings → Download all your data you get everything we have about you as a ZIP file with one click. If you prefer to send us a message, we will respond within thirty days. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

5. Cookies

Functional cookies for logging in and security are always on. We only place statistics cookies after your consent, and you can refuse them without the site working any less.
